Basically we have the ready stock item with us, the problem is that the stock are placed at our storekeeper (at other state). Our stock-keeper will dispatch your order to us (in KL) where we will then dispatch those items to you then. In short, you can actually categories the crew here in KL as the third party.Due to the redress procedure of handling stock, fast selling and also quality check measures, the perfume brand that you selected might have out-of-stock or the quality is so poor that we will not sell it to you.

In that event, we would advice you to make an alternative/back up perfume choices when you place your order, so that the transaction can proceed as it is and of course, WE WILL NOTIFY you beforehand otherwise, you can also opt for refund.

If the stock are available, the perfume will be expected to reach you within 3-4 working days after payment is made.

Please understand on our redress in handling stock.
